Kathy Yasika - Chief Administrative Officer:
BACKGROUND:
Kathy Yasika joined Lamont Financial Services Corporation in 2001. As Corporate Secretary, and Chief Administrative Officer of the firm, Kathy Yasika is responsible for the accounting, human resource, and compliance operations of the firm .
Ms. Yasika works directly with the President and Executive Vice President, of the firm in developing successful, effective strategies to keep the firm operating smoothly and efficiently on all levels. She plays the key role in maintaining the firm's daily and financial operations by directing and coordinating activities and tasks consistent with the Firm's goals, objectives, and procedures.
Ms. Yasika is also responsible for corporate compliance and administration of all human resource activities and policies, compensation, benefits, staffing, affirmative action, employee relations and MSRB compliance.
